INK CARTRIDGE KING strives to ensure that you the customer are 100% satisfied. If in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your INK CARTRIDGE KING order you must inform us immediately upon receiving your goods. You will then be given 10 working days in which to return the order along with a copy of your receipt and a cover note explaining why you are returning the goods along with your full details.
All returned goods should be packaged correctly and all items should be sealed in their original containers and packaging.
INK CARTRIDGE KING will only receive returned goods via RECORDED delivery; we will only refund recorded deliveries not standard or Special deliveries.

Returning faulty goods
Please contact us if you are unlucky enough to receive any faulty goods from INK CARTRIDGE KING. Pack the faulty item in a suitable container along with a description of why you feel the item is faulty with your full details to the above address. If the item is found to be at fault a credit note for the postage will be awarded and a replacement order will be sent within 7 days.
